Capt.Chris Wilson is a Charleston Native and has grown up fishing these waters his whole life.He has been a Full/Time Inshore Fishing Guide Specializing in Sight Fishing with Fly/Light Tackle for 20 years on the waters surrounding Charleston, SC !! Capt. Chris is very knowledgeable about the local waters and safety of his clients.Prior to becoming a guide he was a Full/Time Professional mate Sport fishing offshore on charters/tournament boats for about 10 years learning all kinds of fishing methods from Big Game Marlin Fishing, Bottom fishing, Light Tackle and Fly Fishing from South Florida, Carolinas, NorthEast and all through the Caribbean, chasing Billfish and other pelagic species. Capt Chris has many Billfish Tournament wins under his belt over the years as a mate specializing Light Tackle. Fishing has been a passion of Capt. Chris and His love for the sport, as well as respect for the estuaries he fishes, grows each day spent on the water.Capt. Chris has his 100 ton master License and Insured with Charter lakes Marine Insurance.Capt. Chris is on Pro Staff for Tibor Fly Reels, Sage Fly Rods, Smith Optics Sunglasses, Rio Fly Lines, Simms Fishing , Hells Bay Boat Works and is a member of the Federation of Fly Fishing, Coastal Conservation Association and the International Game Fish Association.
